The location was perfect, with the option to easily arrange a taxi to pick us up. The district was exactly where I wanted to be, and having a fabulous restaurant called Albert's right next door was a major advantage. The room was comfortable and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared, and there were even complimentary hot beverages in the reception area. The overall experience was great.
The room decor was a bit tired.

The staff is courteous, the breakfast marvellous, the ocation is marvellous not far from good restaurant, easy to find and the surrounding areas. It has both fantastic service and good value.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spacious and tidy rooms. The hotel facilities were great, including the convenient parking area. Getting into the city was a breeze with the bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. Plus, the location was perfect for visiting the Manchester Christmas market. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, and I loved the grab and go option. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Kerry on reception. She went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The hotel had a central location next door to an excellent restaurant. The room was nice and with comfy beds. Staff were useful, and facilities were very good here.

Low budget place, exceptionally clean, good value. Found in the nice area. Also, it was 20 minutes on foot from St Mark. The specialities were amazing and served in the good restaurant. I had a comfortable stay, thank you so much!

All good — I appreciated my stay — food was outstanding and my bed was extremely comfy. Hotel was neat. The staff was brilliant, efficient services. It was a nice stay, you could leave a car onsite.
